Arianne is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists.

She is here to support adults, couples and youth who are navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, relational struggles, and queer & coming-out experiences. Her approach is gentle, relational, and tailored to each individual client’s needs. She draws from various therapeutic approaches including family systems theory, experiential and somatic modalities. She also brings 8 years of experience as a Registered Nurse specializing in pregnancy and postpartum experiences, supporting people through birth and death, pain and change, love and loss.

Howard is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). He holds Master and Doctor of Psychology Degrees in Clinical Psychology. He is a registered psychologist in the UK and is applying for conversion to College of Psychologist of BC. Howard has 10 years of experience offering psychotherapy and assessment services to adults, teenagers, children, and couples. He has been working in counselling centers, community centers, schools, hospital and clinics in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Canada, for clients from wide varieties of cultural backgrounds.

Howard’s area of expertise lies in depressive and anxiety disorders, PTSD, grief, substance use, life transitions, self-esteem, parenting and couple relationships, as well as workplace/academic stress. Howard also has specialized training in various therapy models including CBT, ACT, Gottman’s Method, mindfulness and SATIR Model.
